We want to see our community supported through collaborative partnerships that emphasize caring for both mind and body by working with you and your family in mental health, exercise, and community care projects.

Founders
Dejanae Allen, MSW, PPSC
Deja is passionate about serving her community through integrated health care practices like dance, art, play, and talk therapy. She has experience working with all age groups, but has made it a lifelong goal to be a mentor to youth and young adults.
Daniela Fis, MFT
Daniela is passionate about being culturally aware, and inclusive with diverse communities through mental health. She has experience working families, couples, and individuals in creating the change they desire to help increase their well-being. She is also enthusiastic about working with the youth to mentor and support their life goals.
